The Story of Kunya Rajachi Ga Tu Rani revolves around Sayali and Arjun. The story of the serial is very unique. Sayali is an orphan girl who stays in an orphanage since childhood, while she is looking after all the activities of that ashram. Madhubhau is an old gentleman there who loves her like a father, due to some reason a murder takes place in the ashram and the blame falls on Madhubhau.
Sayali goes to Arjun( a lawyer) to save them. Arjun’s marriage with Tanvi is arranged by the family. As an escape, he proposes marriage to Sayali for 1 year which is a contract marriage
